My family and I live upstairs. If you need help with something, we are close by. A warm welcome 😊 What I have is a newly renovated apartment in my basement. The apartment is of course approved for residents with, among other things, two escape routes. The apartment has its own entrance, its own kitchen, its own bathroom with toilet and shower and 2 bedrooms. In total there are 5 sleeping places (2 of the places are on a sofa bed). There is also access to a laundry room and garden with barbecue area (booked in advance). The accommodation is located at Djupadal, Limhamn, in a quiet residential area. The stairs that go up from the basement to our apartment may only be used as an emergency exit. Malmö's finest and quietest residential area. Close to the beach and to Hyllie.
