Our modern villa is only 120m from the sea, part of the famous Kalmar strait, separated from the open sea with a charming archipelago of islands. It is ideal for families eager to enjoy active holidays and Scandinavian nature. The villa consists of two floors and three terraces. The floors are connected by an open staircase. The front terrace faces the eastern sea front and enjoys the morning sun. Two terraces in the backside are connected by stairs and face the garden and western forests. The lower terrace has a fully equipped grilling area and is ideal for lunches and dinners under the marquee protecting you from the afternoon sun. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious living rooms with TV and dining areas, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces, and a garden. You can park your car in the garage equipped with an e-charger. Our guests are invited to use two double kayaks to explore the local bay.
I invite you to our modern and functional holiday home. You will spend a nice vacation here in peace and quiet. Forest, water, kayaks, walks, bicycle tours are all at your fingertips and at your disposal. And for children, the playground, swimming pool and mini golf are nice attractions. What could be better than waking up by singing birds, having coffee in the morning sun, and a barbecue in the rays of the setting sun. It sounds inviting ? We invite.
