The propety is very spacious with an area of 50m2. It is an independent compartment consisting of the whole floor. It is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable including 2 room, with 2 beds, sofa, a spacious, kitchen as well as a toilet and last but not least a storage compartment. The house is located very close to Spånga station for access to pendeltåg but also is very accessible to Vällingby for access to green line.
It is a very peacefull and quiet neghborhood with friendly neighbors. The place is perfect for a small family meeting all possible needs. There's a grocery store within 300m of the property for an needs.
