its a three rooms new renovated apartment. I am gonna to rent out a single and a double room. Both rooms are light, clean and furnished. There is a private toilet and a shared bathroom for guests. A shared kitchen with all appliances is available for guests too. There is a private little refrigerator in the hallway. Bedsheets and towels are included the rooms and no need to pay extra for it. If you looking for a private, clean and furnished room with all kitchen facilities in a quiet area and completely close to both of nature and centrum you are warm welcome.
It is I and my 8 years old son who live here in the apartment and most probably there is another guest in the another room . But the apartment is completely big and quiet and there are 2 toilets. So we have never experienced any inconvenience for it. Anyway if you looking for a quite private accommodation OBS it will not be a good alternative for you.
The apartment is located very close to city centre. You can reach to centrum in 10 min by a direct bus and you can reach the main hospital 10 min by walk or 5 min by bus. Food shopping centre is just one bus stop from us. If you travel to Linköping dont forget to visit Berg, main church and museum, Gamla linköping, Flygplan museum, Kinda channel and many interesting countryside and beaches around Linköping. Söderköping is a city of fantastic and attractive ice-creams in the province if you are a fan of ice-cream.
