The building is built in an eclectic historicist style with classicist and neo-baroque elements and is part of the Timișoara Citadel District urban site. The apartment is located in the central pedestrian area. The beautiful Unirii Square is just a 2-minute walk from the location, an area full of terraces, green grass and history. The spectacular Iulius Town complex is a 10-minute walk away and the Botanical Park is 2 minutes away, a park where you can run in the morning or take a relaxing stroll after lunch. You can reach the Freedom Square in 5 minutes on foot and you can reach the city center with the famous Victoriei Square, where the Revolution of 1989 began, in a maximum of 10 minutes of walking. In front of the building you will find the taxi station; there is also the public transport station RATT from where you can easily reach all areas of the city (buses/trolleybuses). In the area you can also find the city's public parking lots where you can park according to the schedule established by TimPark. From the ground floor of the building you can find terraces and shops and the Clinicile Noi Municipal hospital is right across the street. There are several supermarkets in the area in case you need anything, you have everything at your fingertips.
