The apartment has the following: - Digitized underfloor heating controllable on each individual room. - LED lighting in 3 levels of light. - LEDs are controllable by voice command (Alexa\google home) or phone application(over 1000 colours). - Living room with silk curtains and corner sofabed. MDF furniture.Can be used as a 3rd bedroom/sleeping area, because of the corner sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with granite sink, electric oven, gas stove, retractable hood, toaster, kettle, Beko refrigerator with dispenser, table with 6 chairs. Beko washing machine controllable from the Wi-Fi application. 2 bathrooms with LED illuminated mirrors. One bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and the other one has a floor shower. Large bedrooms with dressings and a bunk bed for the children's room, new mattresses with silver ions for a healthy rest. 2 office spaces in case you need to work from home Dedicated smoking area (Smoking only on the balcony) !!!
