La Tuya Deluxe Villa (the villa behind the thuja trees or, in Spanish, Yours - Your villa) is a 3-bedroom villa that makes it possible for you to relax on the patio or have a great time indoors. It is situated in a green, quiet and gated area and comes with 2 unpaid parking spaces. When stepping inside, yellow and grey nuances in an entirely refurbished home welcome you. The villa can host up to 6 people (and an infant of up to one year, at request, at no additional costs). Only one child up to 15 years old could be further added to the number of maximum people, at a fee. Please contact us to arrange this. There are different prices for groups of 2, 4 and 6 people. Therefore, please choose accordingly when reserving and we will be able to best serve you with all the necessities in the house (towels, linens and other things we put at your disposal). Welcome!

The villa has got Profi, Mega Image and Kaufland stores and also a pastry shop called Cuptorul Moldovencei - "The Moldavian girl's oven" nearby (circa 0.5 km away), on Str. Toma Cozma, nr. 113. Also, you can cook the best grilled meat in town purchased at Meat Concept Store, Str. Pacurari, nr. 138, circa 1 km away from the villa. Moreover, at Bacania noua, Str. Pacurari, nr. 126, you can find specific regional products. Furthermore, during the weekend, the Pacurari farmers market on Strada Cazărmilor nr. 15, offers fresh vegetables and dairy. Last but not least, if you access "Iasul vrea produse locale" on facebook, you can have at-home delivery of fresh produce (for instance, vegetables, fruits, dairy, eggs). Guests have maximum 2 unpaid parking spaces available on site. It is forbidden to come with more than two cars, as this will overcrowd the area. Thank you!
