At the beginning of the XXth century, Mühlbach (Sebes) was an elegant and industrialised burg.At the end of the XIXth century,a family of doctors builds a beautiful mansion, on number 30.Dr. Krasser hires an Austrian architect in order to achieve the plans of the imposing edifice for those times. With the economic crisis, Krasser family loses the house. In 1933, the mansion becomes the home of Slamar family. Mr. KARL Slamar redeems the house from the bank, arranges it after the latest tendencies of the times, and moves together with his family.The mansion meets its glorious period, accomodating 6 big balls every year, with important guests. In 1944,the house was nationalized, and the family deported. Since then, the house was at a time kindergarten, polyclinic and finally completely abandoned until 2011. After a long process of restauration, the building regained its old brilliance, being furnished and decorated in order to become a luxurious boutique hotel.The atmosphere of the XIXth century is being found in every corner of the old house, in the unique rooms, with big windows and in the spacious restaurant arranged in the basement.
