If you'd like to have privacy in a quiet studio apartment, well then ... welcome to my home :)
I also live in the house, so I am available for help. You have your private entrance for the studio and your own keys , so you can come and go whenever you please . Please do not invite other people into the studio. Socializing with other people means loud talk, smoking and alcohol consumption. None of these are welcome in this quiet environment.
The house is situated on a busy road and near the train station so you can get quickly where you want, you can park your car in front of the house or you have a bus stop at 50 meters for convenience. Also 2 markets at less then 50m away. The neighborhood is very safe and it gets really quiet in the afternoons & weekends ,also the door and windows are soundproof so you can rest.
