The holiday cottage is in fact an old Lipovan house, rescued from decay and refurbished with love and care, to preserve its charm and authenticity on the outside and to ensure a warm and functional space inside, with all the necessary modern-day amenities. The cottage is rented in its entirety and consists of two bedrooms, separated by kitchen and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, with fridge, induction hob, hood, microwave, espresso machine. Outside there is a large courtyard with a gazebo with dining area and barbecue and specially designed children's playground. The house is set directly on the Sulina branch and the pontoon is a perfect place not only for fishing, but also for admiring the spectacular sunsets and for mooring boats. The recommended way to reach the house is by water, using the regular Navrom boat trips or the speedboats that operate hourly from Tulcea. On request, we can make transfer arrangements on your behalf, from Tulcea. There is also an access road (not recommended), mostly used by the locals, because it is a bumpy one and not paved for 5-6km.

Benefiting from a location in the middle of the Delta, from here it is easy to reach emblematic places such as Mila 23, Lake Fortuna, Caraorman Canal, Letea Forest, the port town and the beach of Sulina. Bicycles are provided free of charge, and boat trips can be arranged on request. Whether it's families with children, couples or fishing enthusiasts, the house is ready to welcome you anytime. The recommended way to reach the house is by water, using the regular Navrom boat trips or the speedboats that operate daily, several times, from the port of Tulcea. On request, we can make transfer arrangements on your behalf, from Tulcea to the property. Car access is possible (but not recommended) under certain conditions, as the road is a very bad one.
