A 55sqm loft/apartment located at the second floor of a private, three level, new house (2007). Our property is situated in a nice, quiet and safe aria, by the upper limit of Cotroceni Quarter. In the close proximity there are the House of Parliament, the Botanic Garden, the presidential former royal Palace Cotroceni, the Grand Hotel Marriott, the Panduri Hospital, the International DentalMed clinic a.s.o.
Recently retired. I live with my husband in the apartment on the 1st floor, just under the apartment to let. I'm ready to supply additional amenities the guests may ask for. I speak fluently German, and English.
Within easy reach (less than 3 min walk) there are a Pharmacy, Carrefour Market and Pizzeria. There is quick accesss to 4 tram lines (2 min. away) and 10 bus lines (10 min. away). By bus (2 stations away) there is a subway line with links to other lines. Taxi/Uber are very cheap. E.g. an Uber ride to the Old Town costs 10 RON ~ 2.2 Euro. With any tramway, 2 stations away, you get to the mall AFI Palace or (in the opposite direction) Carrefour Hypermarket, Kaufland, DM a.s.o. You can reach downtown in 25 min walk or 10 min. by taxi/Uber. OldTown is a 20 min. walk; you can also take the 385 bus, taxi/Uber. For Piata Romana: bus lines 126, 168, 368. For Piata Universitatii: bus lines 122, 137, 138, 268. The Opera House is about 20 min walk away. You can buy a nominal pass for all urban routes (excepting Metro) for 7 days (17 RON ~ 4 Euro) or 15 days (25 RON ~ 6 E)
