Casa Lia is situated in Voroneț, in a picturesque area of Bucovina, rich in history and tradition, at a distance of approximately 20 minutes walk from Voroneț Monastery and 40 minutes walk from the Șoimul Ski Slope in Ariniș Recreational Park. It offers accommodation for 11 people in two bedrooms and a living room with sofa beds. Casa Lia is available for rent in its entirety for a minimum of 2 nights, with the following configuration: on the ground floor, a living room with 2 sofa beds (140×200), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom in the hallway; on the first floor, a bedroom with a large double bed (180×200) and a single bed (90×200), a bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and 2 bunk beds (90×200, 95 kg – maximum weight per bed), and a bathroom in the hallway. Outside, there is an open terrace and a spacious yard with private parking. A mobile grill can be used in the yard or on the platform adjacent to the terrace. The guesthouse is equipped with a video surveillance system and provides WiFi access. Non-guests are not allowed in the yard/terrace/house. Pets are not permitted, and local animals are not allowed inside the house or on the terraces. Rentals are not available for students. The tranquility of neighboring properties must be respected at all times, and music should be played at a volume that does not disturb others. The time intervals 23:00-08:00 and 13:00-16:00 are considered rest periods. Smoking is not allowed indoors, including electronic cigarettes, but it is permitted on the terrace and balcony.
