Located at the end of a dead end, the apartment, due to its close proximity to the Jardin de l'Etat, the Léon Dierx Museum and the Félix Guyon Hospital, is subject to regulations and the town planning code linked to the protection of classified historic monuments. Plexiglas, glass or triplex type guardrails are prohibited, exterior wooden joinery (therefore) is only painted and not varnished. The environment is very calm, which is conducive to rest and reading (a small "library" is at your disposal). The paintings on the walls illustrate a great passion for puzzles (3, 5 to 6000 pieces)

The architect's apartment (Daniel Roux firm) is located 5 minutes walk from the State Garden, which is a central point for bus lines (Citalis and Yellow Coach).
