The Villa Salba is an architect-designed bioclimatic style villa built in 2023. Built on land originally on a very steep slope, it benefits, like an eagle's nest, from magnificent panoramic views of the coastline up to the surroundings of the volcano. The villa is made up of two independent accommodations which can be joined together according to request. Each with garden, covered terrace, and panoramic view. Ideally located -3 minutes by car from all amenities and 10 minutes from the beach. -- Accommodation ** Aloes ** offers 51m2 of living space including 13m2 of deck terrace, as well as a landscaped garden of tropical plants of approximately 40m2. Accessible on one level from the private parking lot, you will find on the ground floor: A deck terrace with palm trees, a living room with air blower and sofa bed, equipped kitchen area, toilet with hand basin and laundry area. Upstairs: A 20m2 master bedroom with fan, hotel quality queen size bed, dressing room, Italian bathroom, balcony with panoramic view of the coastline. A private garden of approximately 40m2 lined with tropical plants. Ideal geographical location for a visit to Reunion Island, close to the major roads of the West Coast, allowing you to move easily to the beaches as well as to the heights and cirques! In the surrounding area, less than 2 minutes by car, you will find all the amenities of the city center (restaurants, supermarket, greengrocers, wine merchants, doctors, pharmacy, electric bike rental, etc.); The classified forest of Étang Salé is accessible in less than 5 minutes, with its sports course and 18-hole golf course; The magnificent Étang Salé beach is 10 minutes away, as is the expressway linking the north of the island to the south. The beaches of Saint Leu and Saint Pierre are less than 20 minutes away and that of La Saline 30 minutes away.

The villa is located on the heights of Étang Salé (97427), at low altitude, close to the city center and all amenities, in a rapidly evolving area. 3 minutes by car (around 10-15 minutes on foot), you will find for your everyday needs: A supermarket, several greengrocers, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, butcher, wine merchants, cheese maker, mini market etc... Also, -10 minutes by car (between 15 minutes and 30 minutes on foot), you will find: The classified forest of Étang Salé, with its sports course and numerous trails, several stables and pony clubs, the Golf de Bourbon (9 and 18 holes), the beach of Étang Salé (one of the most beautiful on the island, with its natural appearance and its hundreds of casuarina trees). On a practical side, you will be ideally located on the west coast of Reunion Island, close to expressways, 15 minutes from Pierrefond airport, 20 minutes from Saint Leu and Saint Pierre and 30 minutes from the beaches of La Saline les Bains.
