Having grown up in his parents' restaurant, Jeroen spent years working in various restaurants and hotels after completing the Higher School of Hotelmanagement. Before making the move from the Netherlands to Madeira, Jeroen was co-founder and partner of the company Hostmanship and has inspired countless organizations as a Hospitality consultant for over 15 years.
With four holiday homes located side by side on a beautiful hill in Etreito da Calheta, Jeroen offers a good combination of comfort and security in a relaxed atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable. Jeroen has been running the business on the island since 2021 and is very passionate about ensuring that every guest enjoys their time on the island to the fullest. He prides himself on offering only the best quality service to all his guests (Hostmanship), ensuring they have an experience they will not soon forget. The properties are popular with visitors for its hospitality, space and quiet. Besides offering high-quality accommodation, Jeroen also offers numerous activities to help guests make the most of their trip. From water sports such as surfing or sailing to guided hikes in the nearby mountains, there is something for everyone. The houses have quiet, intimate terraces with panoramic views of the Atlantic and are embraced by the carefully landscaped botanical garden and swimming pool. Blooming represents accommodation in a casual and relaxing environment. Delightful sleep, friendly and helpful host and inspiring surroundings. The Holiday Homes:
Blooming offers four detached holiday homes for up to 4 people and shared use of the swimming pool. The holiday homes offer the comforts of home and are surrounded by beautiful scenery and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Each house has been lovingly renovated by local artisans and are furnished with contemporary furniture, making them comfortable and familiar. As one of the few accommodation providers in the area, all rooms are equipped with an air conditioning system. Inside, you can expect a fully equipped kitchen, complete with built-in appliances; a living room where you can settle down on a comfortable sofa after exploring the outdoors; two bedrooms with crisp clean linen; a cozy dining table where you can enjoy meals together. Not to mention a smart TV and Wi-Fi with high-speed internet connection. Perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, yet close enough to some great activities like dolphin spotting, boat trips, surfing, deep-sea fishing, diving, golfing and hiking.
