The house is located in a gated and secure condominium development of twenty houses which surround a lovely heated swimming pool. The pool is heated from May until the end of September. There is a children's paddling pool alongside. Sun loungers are available to use free of charge around the pool. There is an underground garage with a dedicated parking space available to use. The house is very modern and well equipped with an outside balcony off the lounge area in which to eat and a roof terrace with a built-in BBQ. Please note the house is not suitable for those with any mobility difficulties because it is on three levels accessible by stairs. Please also note that the extra bed in bedroom 2 is a fold-out Z bed type. A baby gate for the stairs and a travel cot are available on request.
This is our privately owned holiday home which we rent out part of the year to help with the costs. It contains many personal things to ensure that it has a homely and welcoming feel to it. There are CD's, DVD's, books and games available to use.
The condominium is situated on the development of Quinta da Encosta Velha which contains 151 properties It occupies a stunning hillside location overlooking the front nine holes of the Golfe St. Antonio golf course. The charming fishing village of Salema with its beautiful sandy beaches and many bars and restaurants is just a five minute car drive away. The larger resort of Santo Antonio (formerly Parque da Floresta) also has facilities such as restaurants, an 18 hole golf course, spa, several swimming pools and tennis courts.
