There is an area with barbecue facilities. Herdade Monte Do Sol offers private surfing lessons, surfboard rental, and surfboard repairs. The surrounding environment of the villas is also perfect for hiking or cycling. The property is sited on a walking trail of Rota Vicentina. The nearest beach is 2 km from Herdade Monte Do Sol.
