Costa D’Ouro is a mountain quiet and peaceful space by the Douro River for those looking for a time to relax by the Portuguese nature, as well as some adventures to practice water sports. The house is close to Castelo de Paiva city center surrounded by local great wine and gastronomy. The house, with more than 100 years of history, has been totally renovated to create a space comfortable to welcome small and large groups, families with kids, remote workers, and it’s pet friendly! Costa D’Ouro brings several options of stay to adapt to your needs, the space is divided into two independent houses, that if needed could be one big space for up to 10 people. - House 1 (4 pax): an open space loft with one private bedroom and sofa-bed in independ spaces for more privacy for the guests. - House 2 (6 pax): includes two separate and private rooms, and one sofa-bed. - House 1 + House 2 (10 pax): includes both spaces for a more comfortable stay for large groups. Inside the houses, you can count on fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms with hair dryers, towels and some board games to make the days more fun for the kids. Additionally, a rooftop great for sunbathing, sunsets and why not? See the star during the quiet nights. Exclusively for the House 2 only: chimney and private area for BBQ.
