Os promotores deste projeto, o Luis e a Sofia, são casados, têm cinco filhas, e uma forte ligação com a Costa Alentejana, quando há cerca de 25 anos, ficaram arrendatários de uma casa de cantoneiros, perto de S. Teotónio. Conhecem muito bem a zona, as praias mais “escondidas”, os sítios onde se come sempre bem, os km de trilhos, os costumes e as histórias das boas gentes locais. Hoje, a trabalhar entre Lisboa e o Luxemburgo, o Luis pretende regressar definitivamente a Portugal para abraçar a gestão deste projeto e para contribuir para o desenvolvimento sustentável desta região do Alentejo.
