Located on the south coast of the island facing the ocean, “Casa da Eira” is a beautiful independent house, with private parking and a porch where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the channel between the islands of São Jorge and Pico as well as a fantastic sunset. Inside the house you can count with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals, as a highlight we have a “mezzanine” and two rest areas with a sofa. The house also has Cable TV and free Wifi, being perfectly adapted to the new digital nomads or just for those who want to share their adventures on the island with family and friends through social networks. In the place where the house is located “Fajã dos Bodes”, you can practice a series of nature sports, from a simple walk to Trail-Run or mountain biking, since the house is adjacent to one of the most beautiful and important trails on the island (Portal – Fajã de Lacerda – Fajã dos Vimes – Fajã dos Bodes – Loural – Fajã de São João). Being about 80 meters from the sea you can practice swimming, snorkling, diving, coastal fishing, spearfishing, canoeing among other water sports, the marine life is stunning and the waters are very clear allowing visibility of more than 20 meters. Whether to escape the routine and have a peaceful holiday with the family, or to practice nature and sea sports with friends, this is the perfect spot. Tip – Since there are no convenience stores near the house, it is recomended to bring some basic groceries if you do not want to leave “Fajã dos Bodes” after Check-In.
