Dr. Anita has dedicated her life to helping facilitate therapy, health and wellness for individuals, families and organizations Dr. Anita Onofre is a medical psychologist, public speaker, teacher in the field of mental health and wellness, and a registered member of the Ontario College of Psychologists. In her private practice, Dr. Onofre provides a treatment approach to the multifaceted human being through a variety of techniques and skills, including Supportive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Reprocessing(EMDR), Breathwork~ Body~ Mindfulness, Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
