The property is situated within a luxurious Boavista Golf & SPA resort, featuring a stunning 18-hole championship golf course and beautifully manicured gardens throughout the grounds. Despite the expansive size of the resort, this apartment enjoys a prime location, just steps away from two year-round outdoor swimming pools, the Fitness and SPA Center, Golf Driving range, the Clubhouse restaurant, tennis courts, and a children's playground. The apartment boasts a spacious terrace complete with a dining area and sunbeds, separated from the pool area by a lawn. The master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, opens directly onto the terrace. The second bedroom with 2 single beds outlooks the garden and children's playground across the road. Kitchen is complete with toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, juicer and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Dishwasher and a washing machine are also available.
