Enjoy the privacy and coziness of inner courtyard. A 1st floor apartment with an independent entrance. A classic and careful decoration, with some old and elegant details, the open space format connects the living room with dining area and kitchen, so you can enjoy the natural light throughout the room. The living room windows with direct view of the bay, gives you a feeling of confort and well being, the perfect place to share special moments with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped so you can prepare your meals confortably, and later enjoy them in inner courtyard. The two bedrooms are prepare to provide relaxing moments: one bedroom with a double bed and the other room with a double and single bed.
