Property info

The Captain Apartments are family-friendly, small in size, ideal for companies, couples, and/or families with children looking for tranquility. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. There is no daily cleaning, just a change of towels every 4 days and weekly sheets. Please be advised that Check-ins only until 11:30 pm. There is no reception on site, therefore, we ask that you contact the number provided on the platform when you are there. If you want an invoice with a tax number, please request it when making the reservation. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued to the Final Consumer without modification (in accordance with the provisions of the current article) In case of booking the Monthly Rate, please note that the deposit required will be the extra amount of a monthly rent. Please note that electricity will be paid separately.
