Our staff has combined almost 100 years of experience in the hospitality industry in Puerto Rico and Europe. Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath (sleeps 6-8) Villa Verde is surrounded by lush plant life – red bamboo, banana trees, palms, bougainvillea and ferns. The plants and trees help isolate any city noises, and the songs of the birds during the day and the coquís at night make you feel like you are in the countryside, even though you are just a block away from the beach! Villa Verde features two great terraces and a great space for family and friends. Fully air conditioned. The street that the property is located on is closed at one end, so there is almost no traffic. A wall along the sidewalk further assures privacy, security and tranquility, and also provides secure off-street parking for a car. On the property itself is a large amount of plants and trees, and this has the effect of turning it into a small oasis for birds and a multitude of coquí, a small tree frog almost invisible to the eye (it is the size of a small fingernail). Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
