Villa Serena is a property of great charm that has a very central location in San Juan in a quiet residential neighborhood. All houses in the area are only 1 or 2 stories high. The beach is just two minutes away on foot. To the East and West are the two major tourist hotel resort areas, Isla Verde and Condado, each about 5 minutes' driving time away. Restaurants, casinos and shopping are all very close, yet the property itself is so quiet that you do not have the feeling of being in the middle of a large city. Historic Old San Juan is about 15 minutes away, and the airport is 8 minutes away in the opposite direction.The street that the property is located on is closed at one end, so there is almost no traffic. A wall along the sidewalk further assures privacy, security and tranquility, and also provides secure off-street parking for up to two cars.
