Located in a 0.4 acre piece of land at the top of the mountains in Guayanilla. Escape from the heat and relax in a cool and peaceful environment, with a spectacular view and without sacrificing your comfort nor going too far away from the city. Only 15 minutes away from the beach, within minutes from the most gorgeous rivers in Guayanilla and only 15 minutes away from "El Triangulo", one of the best dinning spots in the coast of the island with beach front view and other great restaurants along side of it. Its an ideal Vacation spot for the whole family or for a couple looking to get away. Other places clos by are "Playa Santa" located in Guanica 35 minutes away and the city of Ponce is 25 minutes away.
A US Army Veteran that decided to move back to his home land and share his little piece of heaven with the rest of the world. One of the best parts of hosting is seeing the look of awe in our guests faces when they see the beauty we see from up here, truly an amazing view of our island.
A nice quiet and extremely safe neighborhood, the neighbors are friendly, welcoming and we all look out for each other.
