**Take also into account: Payment will be collected as to the credit card that you put on the system. As an alternative method we can collect payment by cash app or ATH Mobile, in that case you need to send us a message notifying your preferred payment method. If not, credit card will be your payment method by default.

A document (DocuSign) authorizing the purchase with the credit card is required. A photo of the driver's license must be attached to the document. Please make sure that the name on the reservation is the same as the name on the credit card.

Pet fee is $25.00. It must be paid directly to the property. It can be by cash app, ATH mobile or Zelle. Currently it is the only way to pay for pets please notify us when booking that a pet will be staying at the property.

Please note that arrivals after 16:00h will be self-checkin on the proper.

We want to clarify that this reservation is for a complete house or apartment. Although the page will indicate that it is a room, it is the entire house or apartment for you and you are not sharing rooms with other guests.
