Featuring city views, Avila Guesthouse is situated in the Santurce district of San Juan, 700 metres from Condado Beach and less than 1 km from Ocean Park Beach. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests.     It is 5 minutes by car, and about 7-10 minutes walking.

  • Good afternoon. Would I have to pay any other fees besides what I will be paying to rent the apartment?

    No more fees. The total is: rate +tax+ $50 cleaning fee( once per stay).

  • Will there be a list of some activities and transportation?

    No.. However there is a great app that I would suggest called "Citywiz" it will help you find activities in any area you are while in Puerto Rico.

    There are no nearby pools that we know of, however we are a short 3-5 minute walk from the Beach.

We are two brothers originally from Venezuela. From a young age, we have had the opportunity to travel all over the world staying in a many places ranging from nice hotels to shared accommodations in hostels. We listed our first property in Puerto Rico a couple of years ago, and received such positive feedback that we now manage over 40 listings. We love hearing from our guests and the great experiences they have had staying with us.
