Welcome to a spacious 46 m² apartment, located in picturesque Sopot. The property is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Kamienny Potok SKM station, which provides convenient access to the entire Tricity. Near the apartment there are numerous stores, so shopping and daily needs are at your fingertips. The beautiful beach and Aquapark is within a 15-minute walk. In the apartment you will find: Two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds and roomy closets, which guarantees a peaceful rest. A spacious living room with a kitchenette, which includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, electric kettle and dishes), a dining area and a place to relax. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries and towels. Additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV and a parking space. The apartment is an excellent choice for both short and longer stays. The proximity to nature, thanks to nearby green areas and the beach, as well as great transportation, make it an ideal place to relax in Sopot. We invite you to book! In our apartments (on request) you will find facilities for children (baby crib, rocker, plugs for contacts). The property accepts pets for an additional fee of 30 PLN/day. We have parking spaces in the underground garage (reservation required) and an enclosed garden with a recreation area for residents.

Location: The apartment is located in a green and quiet area, just 1.5 km from the beautiful, less crowded beach. In 15 minutes walk you will reach the sea, and in 25 minutes to the center of Sopot, walking through the picturesque North Park. Excellent communication: Right next door is the Kamienny Potok SKM station, from where you can easily reach Gdansk and Gdynia. There are also bus stops at the station, including line 122 that runs directly to Gdansk Airport. Amenities nearby: In the immediate vicinity you will find stores (Biedronka, Lidl, bakery), restaurants, a pharmacy and AquaPark Sopot, which will provide additional attractions for both children and adults.
