We would like to invite you for a short or longer stay to our unique facility, located in Kamienny Potok district in the green part of Sopot. “Willa Helena Nova “ is a beautifully restored tenement house, in which, on the top floor (with elevator) there are two air-conditioned and fully equipped apartments M.16 and M.17. The tenement house was built in 2010, while the apartments are freshly renovated in 2024. The facility combines the comfort of a high-standard hotel, with the home-like functionality provided by a larger space to spend time and fully equipped apartments. In our apartments (upon request) you will find amenities for children (baby crib, rocker, plugs for contacts). Our apartment is pet friendly. We have parking spaces in the underground garage and an enclosed garden for residents.

Our location at Malopolska 7 in Sopot is the perfect place to enjoy all the charms of this unique seaside resort. The apartment is located in a quiet, green area, provides peace and comfort, while being in close proximity to the main attractions of Sopot and only 1.5 km from the beautiful and less crowded sandy beach. The neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, offers the opportunity to walk to the sea (15 minutes) or to the center (25 minutes) through the beautiful North Park. Proximity to nature provides a peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks to its location right next to the SKM station, the place is well connected with the main attractions of the Tri-City. In the immediate vicinity there are stores (biedronka, lidl, bakery, meat shop), restaurants, pharmacy, aquapark. - Right next to the SKM station “Kamienny Potok” there are bus stops, including a direct bus line 122 which runs to Gdansk Airport.
