We invite you to our newly built house in Zachełmie Górny. The total area of ​​125 sq m. gives a lot of freedom and a feeling of open space. The facility is located in the mountains (not at the foot of the mountains) at an altitude of 601m between Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba on the slopes of the Kopista Mountain, 681m high. The property borders on the Karkonosze National Park and provides unforgettable views and walks, and above all, peace and quiet. I give the guests the whole house at their disposal, which will ensure complete privacy and freedom of rest. The ground floor in the style of ``open space'' has in one part an equipped kitchen, a play area for children, and in the other part a living room with a table and a seating area with a TV. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 bedrooms are for 3 people (each with a large king size bed 160 and std. 90) and 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 large bed 160 and 2 std. 90). In addition, there is a separate bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on the first floor. The parking lots can accommodate up to 8 cars (up to 5 in a large house and up to 3 in a smaller house) depending on the class of the car. There is an outdoor, public, free of charge 6-person barrel sauna for all guests. The sauna is available from 6.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. on a courtesy reservation basis or for shared use.

The property is surrounded by forest and trees and is bordered on the Giant Mountains National Park, and the east-south orientation of the house ensures unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Behind the forest you can see Mount Żar, 685 m high, and right behind it is Mount Chojnik with its famous castle ruins. Just '' behind the fence '' runs the yellow hiking trail Licho - Kopa and Borowy - Szerzawa, and the Licho loop of the famous singletrack cycling routes - Bicycle Giants / Rowerowe Olbrzymy. Access to the property is a winding and sometimes steep asphalt road. In winter, good winter tires are necessary and recommended to have snow chains.

With my wife, we are ''ex-corpofolks'' who have decided to change something in their lives. We know what it is like to rest in a remote area, away from the hustle and bustle, noise and smell of exhaust fumes.
