Welcome to our apartments! First of all, we would like to inform you that our building and apartments are new and recently opened for use. As a result, there might be occasional noises from ongoing renovations and some dust in the hallways. We apologize for any inconvenience, though these occurrences are rare. Our apartments are cozy studios (the size is provided in each listing), but they are designed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. All apartments face the courtyard, ensuring there is no street noise, although the view is of the building's interior. If you are looking for scenic views, unfortunately, you won't find them here. Please note that public parking is available on the streets around the building and nearby streets. It is free and there are no parking restrictions, but we kindly ask you to follow the traffic signs. We do not have private parking spaces. We offer an elevated deluxe standard. We have put a lot of effort and financial investment into our apartments, thinking of guests visiting Warsaw. Our apartments are located in Bielany, in an excellent location. Nearby are two metro stations: Słodowiec (closer) and Marymont (a bit further). Next to the building are tram and bus stops, providing quick access to the Central Station, Arkadia, and other locations. In the vicinity, you will find shops, a pharmacy, a laundry, restaurants, and an ATM. Also nearby are Keller Ponds, a perfect place for walks, as well as a pizzeria and a café. In close proximity, you will find Bielański Hospital and the Academy of Physical Education (AWF). We warmly welcome you!
