From the outside, you will be greeted by the richly decorated facade of the tenement house from 1909, but inside you will find contemporary apartments, which, despite the modern equipment, sometimes refer to the industrial character of the city. Uncovered brick walls or metal elements of furniture are just some of the features that emphasize the origin of the place, but we made sure that the apartments are above all cozy and nice, thanks to many natural additions. For your convenience, access to the apartments is automatic, which allows you to check in yourself at any time. We also took care of full equipment to facilitate a longer stay and created comfortable spaces for work and rest. As part of your stay, you can also order a delicious breakfast served in a nearby restaurant.

The tenement house is located at the exit of one of the most popular promenades of Upper Silesia - the lively Mariacka Street. Despite the neighborhood of such a busy place, it is very peaceful and quiet here, thanks to the fact that St. Mary's Church and a small park separate us from the aforementioned street. In closest neighborhood you will find many restaurants, pubs and cafes, making your stay very pleasant. At the same time, grocery stores and an ATM are also within sight - useful during longer stays. At a distance of 50 meters there are tram and bus stops that allow you to move around. Within a distance not exceeding 2 km, there is the Main Railway Station, the International Bus Station, the DTŚ express way or the A4 motorway, which allows you to communicate in any direction and by any means of transport. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the Market Square, and within a 15-minute walk you can visit the Silesian Museum, NOSPR, Spodek or the International Congress Center. Silesian Park and the Silesian Stadium are accessible within a dozen or so minutes by one of the many trams running from the Market Square.
