A beautiful, modern, cozy and warm Studio apartment. Despite its small size - 28 m2, it is very spacious. The facility is finished to a high modern standard. The facility is located in a single-family house in a quiet housing estate. It has a separate private entrance. A great place to live, work, relax, or for a holiday or winter holiday. The apartment has a very comfortable double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed. It covers an area of: 28 m2 consisting of; living room with functional fully equipped kitchenette, separate bedroom area. The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The furniture is new and complete, fully equipped with household appliances, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, wifi, iron, ironing board. There is parking under the building on a small residential street.
