The location of the property is very picturesque with beautiful views of surrounding mountains on both sides of the border between Pakistan controlled Kashmir and Indian controlled Kashmir. ideal place for hikers and bikers with families. we offer guided hiking tours, Fishing tours, and cultural tours. Due to border restrictions Foreigners need special permission from foreign office in Pakistan to visit here. This property is built with children in mind with a farm house concept where children can learn to interact with pet animals and nature. with dedicated playing area and dedicated camping and bonfire area so that the families can enjoy their time here.
