Nothing. Every service was pathetic and below par. Rooms without hand towels. Have to pay cash for clothes pressing and dinner. Staff was non responsive to any call. Had to call four time to the reception for water bottles. The next day the rooms were cleaned but towels was not placed. Overall bad expereince

The fort and mosque are amazing and it is worth eating at Havali for the view even though the service was dreadful. The old town and Hammam were wonderful.
The border crossing ceremony was one of the most intense experiences I have had. Do not go too early as everyone tells you to! People were turning up at 5.30 pm for 6 pm start - much better idea, you can taxi or tuktuk there. Use Indrive app to order any transport to reduce the haggling and being ripped off as a tourist.

I love the city's delicious food, cultural heritage, parks, hiking tracks, spiritual places, and friendly people. However, the traffic in the centre/interior of the town is just horrible; I haven't seen such a hostile, "selfish", and dangerous driving environment anywhere else. Also, I was not too fond of how the taxis have gone extinct in Lahore. There are NO taxis on the road... at all. Taxi services are only available through driver apps, which is inconvenient. Most of the time, the drivers from apps like InDrive or else can't follow the location. Sometimes, they keep cancelling the jobs. As a tourist in Lahore, the absence of easily accessible taxis on the roads angers me. Anyone new in Lahore who wants to travel naturally, spontaneously, and decently to explore the city wouldn't be able to do so. Only a million extremely noisy rickshaws are being driven on the roads of Lahore by agitated people who cannot be directed by addresses, house nos, or street Numbers. Instead, they do their jobs by memorising familiar places.

Lahore is called the HEART of Pakistan. It is full of historical places to see, shopping plazas, cultural city with having variety of delicious, tasty food for everyone. People are friendly and helpful.
The hotel was exceptional and immaculate, with staff cleaning round the clock. The staff were absolutely fantastic and an honour to know, especially Arslan who runs the hotel. He was a pleasure to meet and a very true honest gentleman, very kind hearted and made us feel at home. The breakfast was lovely with many varieties of food, pool with great views of lahore and the gym was good.
I have stayed in many hotels but Best Western was one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
The best thing cleanliness of hotel . Room service very good. Ali and Salman. Mehran at reception was good and cooperative. I was hesitant in booking hotel in that area but when I reached and spent time it was really nice. I will be staying again if I visit lahore.. If they could add something else in menu of breakfast it will be good. Location of hotel is nice you have multiple restaurants to choose.
amazing property conveniently located next to the Lahore airport. I thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of this hotel including the pool and jacuzzi bathtub. food was absolutely delicious at the main hotel restaurant. wished I had longer to stay.
