Welcome to Wonderland! We are a community of local and international staff and volunteers from all over the world who would love to welcome you to our hostel and vegan restaurant:) Our restaurant: Our restaurant is a cozy open space where you can connect with other travelers, join in on a board game, make music using our keyboard or ukelele or play with our kittens. There is also enough space during the day to quietly sit on your own to work for yourself, read, write, draw, etc. the wifi connection is strong and you will be able to work online at all given time! Our kitchen serves vegan food and is open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 22:00 communal dinners: make new friends over our tasty communal dinners every monday-friday at 19:30! share stories and create amazing memories. you can sign up at the front desk. Activities: Every Monday to Friday morning (8:00-9:00) and afternoon (18:30-19:30), our volunteers organize activities, sharing their skills, hobbies and passions such as dancing, writing, running, yoga, photography, art etc. etc. You are more than welcome to join in on these! all activities are free of charge and weekly updated in the activity board:)

Location: We are located in a 10 minute walking distance from Paliton beach. The center of San Juan is located 4,5 km / 28 mi away. Here you can find a small market, a few bars and some local, Western and Asian restaurants. The nearest convenience store is just a 2 minute walk away. The island of Siquijor is home to many waterfalls and rivers, forests, hills and beaches. There are some beautiful snorkeling spots and many (scuba)dive shops around. And for the brave there is even the opportunity to skydive. This mystical island of “fire and magic” is also known as “the healing island” as there are many mananambal (local witches / shamans / healers) whom you can visit in the mountains. With other words: hop on that motorbike and go explore! We have a few motorbikes which we rent out or can help you find another rental. Just inquire with our staff once you get here. How to get here: There are boats sailing to Siquijor from the islands of Bohol, Cebu and Negros Oriental (Dumaguete). Once you arrive at the harbor in the town of Siquijor (on Siquijor island) you can take a taxi, jeepney or tricycle. It is approximately a 15 minute ride.
