Please note that the property will collect a deposit upon check-in.
Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the
card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented
upon check-in.
When enjoying the hotel's indoor pool, appropriate swimming attire is required.
Room Cleaning will automatically be scheduled every other day starting on the 2nd day, anytime from 10AM to 8PM.
Please be advised that a quiet time policy is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, and noise is not permitted during this period.
(1) One complimentary parking per reservation (regardless of room type) is available at the hotel basement. This is a first come first serve basis. Extra vehicles are subject to pay parking and availability as well.
Renovation work will be carried out from 12/08/24 to 30/11/24. Renovation work is done from (08:00) to (17:00) from Mondays to Fridays. Certain floors in Tower 2 are under renovation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A security deposit of PHP 2000.0 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
