Please remember that you're staying in our family home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act ASAP, but although there is a reception and security there may not be someone living on-site 24/7. However, there will always be at least one security in the reception area during nights for your safety. The island has regular brown-outs which is something that is not common if you live in Europe or USA. To ensure a smooth power supply we have a generator. We’d like to let you know about some nearby construction work during 7am-4pm. While we strive to ensure your stay is peaceful, occasional noise may occur. Our team has taken steps to minimize any disruption, and most guests find it does not affect their enjoyment of the villa. FAQs Q: Is early check in allowed? A: Yes, if the listing has been empty. Otherwise you can store your luggage on site starting at 12:00 pm. Q: Is smoking allowed? A: For your safety we only allow smoking outside of the premises due to the Villa and Reception areas having a nipa thatched roof. Q: Are there any restrictions on the community amenities? A: Only those registered on the booking are allowed.
The way to the Villa is not paved and adds to the island flare and is definitely for those adventurers amongst you. We’d like to let you know about some construction work carried out by our neighbours during 7am-4pm. While we strive to ensure your stay is peaceful, occasional noise may occur. Rest assured, we’ve taken steps to ensure your stay remains as peaceful and enjoyable as possible. The serene setting, beautiful pool villas, and excellent service remain the highlights of our property. Most of the time, you’ll enjoy the same tranquility our guests love. Construction is limited to daytime hours, so evenings and mornings remain peaceful.
