Stay home away from home! -Great amenities- Wide screen flat TV- 4K-ULTRA HD 55" with Netflix Wi-Fi connection- STARLINK (new) Wall decors --No need to go to fancy restaurants you can do cooking inside. Basic utensils are provided so as with refrigerator, etc.-- Malapascua Island is one known to be popular for tourists who are looking for a great and extraordinary adventures like diving, Island hopping, snorkeling, swimming in a crystal blue water on a white fine sand beaches, etc..Rico's house is around 10 minutes from bounty beach and port area. The house's tranquility is at its best. You can even have a sky viewing and sleep on the well grown bermuda grass all over the night! Relax inside the house or at the garden doing a star gazing and savoring the nights' peacefulness. You can also enjoy hanging out with your love ones with our wide screen TV with Netflix. Be one of those lucky guests to have the utmost convenience staying with the comfort in the house. Enjoy your vacation!

Serenity is at best, you can feel how peaceful and unwinding the surrounding is. Since the property is located midway from all of the beaches, thus it is an advantage for you to choose where and what perfect beach of your preference. Beaches are 5-10 minute walk only.
