The property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security, at the back of Mactan Airport. 5-10 minutes away from Lapu-Lapu Shrine, Mactan Newtown, Punta Engaño, and beaches/resorts in Lapu-Lapu. PARKING: You can park your car in front of the unit for 1 car/sedan. Guests park at their own risks. Please keep in mind that other homeowners have their dedicated parking slots, please do not park somewhere else other than the space in front of the unit. Visitors may park their cars outside the gate (subject to availability), please check with the security guard on duty. COMMUNITY: The property is inside a gated subdivision, simple and quiet community. Several Sari-sari (variety) stores are available inside the subdivision. ACCESSIBILITY: Travel via taxi, grab (ride app), private car, motorcycle. There is no public transportation such as jeepney or bus passing by the area. However, e-bikes and habal-habal (motorcycle taxi) are available at the entrance gate most of the time.
