Grandview was created in the year 2015 but before that the property was originally farmed for corn and sugarcane by the local owner. Grandview had seen the potential of the property and developed the area with the balance of nature by planting trees and creating garden that is now a home for the wildlife. The company employs local people that lives nearby to offer guests the best Filipino culture of Barangay Siit has to offer.

We are an eco-friendly and sustainable resort located on the southern tip of Negros Oriental. With a vast green garden around the property it is a home for some native birds and other wildlife. We grow organic vegetables, fruits and herbs that we serve in our restaurant with free-range chickens around the garden, as an animal friendly resort our place is also a home for some orphan animals that you will meet and greet during your stay. Our place is on elevated high ground, which gives magnificent views of the ocean, Apo Island, and the mountain. It is a five minute walk to the beach. The resort is spread over 6 thousand square metres with a forest that is home to some native animals and colourful singing birds that build nests in our garden, where they feel safe and always loved. We grow organic herbs and vegetables and serve fresh eggs from our free range chickens. We have the privilege of being a part of the hospitable local community in Siit. During your stay you will be able to meet some of them who come to Grandview to collect leaves from our Lumboy tree that locals have told us is over a hundred years old. With many tourist attractions nearby such as Tambobo bay, Malatapay Market, Apo Island and Balanan lake, Grandview is a great place to stay. Malatapay Market is just 20 minutes ride from the Grandview, as an interesting plays, every Wednesday a lot of people visit to buy and sell native handmade hand bags, hat, carpets decorative ornaments, wood carving, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and meats, and selling and buying animals such as goat, cow, karabaw, horse, chicken, some are selling bamboo furnitures. It's a famoust plays to buy a kilo of roast pork. Tambobo bay, Lake Balanan, the Ruins in Bonbonon and Andulay village right on the beach is another neighbourhood that is worth visiting a friendly local farmers and fishermen.
