Grande Villa is a lovely property just seconds from the beach. This detached 1-bedroom Panglao Island villa is quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The Villa features a queen size bed in a master bedroom, a double deck (bunk) bed in a front rm. Up to 6 additional mattress can be added to a maximum occupancy of 10pax. FULL air-con in all rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, 24-hr. security, a mini-safe, and a generator. It also boasts a large covered terrace with a dining table to enjoy an alfresco meal in a beautiful tropical setting. Sunset Villa is located on Danao Beach, 3 mins. (by motorbike) or 15 mins. (by foot) from vibrant Alona Beach in Panglao Island. It is only 30 seconds to the water from the Villa, but to get to the best swimmable, white sand portion of the beach is a 2 minute walk down a small path that runs parallel to the shore. Once onto the white sand there are two nice resorts nearby (Solea Beach Resort and Linaw Beach Resort). The neighborhood of the Villa is a quiet sea side residential area, away from the hustle and bustle and traffic of the city. Peaceful and relaxing, a tropical area with many coconut trees and flowers. It is a very safe area with excellent parking. Transportation is available nearby (tricycles). There are small stores a few minutes walk where you can buy anything that you need as well as excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes drive or walk.
