Welcome to Marojo Garden Treehouse.! Nestled in a lush garden in a private compound surrounded by nature, this private cozy treehouse is perfect for staycation. Located 7 minutes away from the beach and downtown, you'll have the best of both worlds - the tranquility of nature and the excitement of this city of gentle people. The treehouse itself is a private and charming space, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and spacious lush greenery. Our place is environmentally friendly with lots of ornamental plants and shrubs, more than 100 trees of various species such as ylang ylang, mango, coconut, bangkal, mahogany, talisay, bamboos, etc., and grass on open spaces. Several birds can be seen and heard during daytime together with sound of flowing stream. The garden surrounding the treehouse is full of lush greenery and colorful flowers, and there are several seating areas, hammocks and swings where you can relax and take it all in. The ponds are home to Koi fish and Tilapia. You might spot some wildlife such as birds, insects and cats.
The land area of 5,000 square meters is located in Pulantubig, Dumaguete City along a barangay road. Opposite the property is the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, on the right is a public elementary school. on the left is a subdivision road while at the back is a residential subdivision. Guests can go around town by public tricycle plying infront of the property. Airport is about 5 to 10 minutes, city mall about 5 minutes, grocer store is walking distance, hospital about 10 minutes and city center about 10 to 15 minutes. Guests can also hire motorcycles, car or van to go further away from the city. Guests can request for airport and pier pick-up and send-off at a minimal price of P500 each way for 2 persons.
