Nuestro apartamento es SENCILLO, CONFORTABLE Y BONITO. Lo usamos para pasar momentos de tranquilidad y felicidad con la familia, y lo alquilamos a quien quiera unos dias relajados en la playa. Bala Beach está ubicado a solo 15-20 minutos de Portobelo; está en un área restringida con vigilancia las 24 horas. Cuenta con áreas de jardín, piscinas, gimnasio y playa privada. Es tan TRANQUILO que se escuchan las olas del mar desde el apartamento. La playa tiene un área iluminada en las noches, Genial para ver las estrellas y sentir la brisa del mar!!!! La playa tiene olas medianas pero no es profundo asi que es apto para niños. Días con viento hay personas haciendo KITESURF!. Ademas hay una PLAYA SIN OLAS ideal para SNORKER a solo 5mins caminando – mirando hacia la playa se toma un camino a mano izquierda. REGLAMENTOS : Piscina: 9am – 7pm, No se permite vidrio ni animales. (ver normas en la piscina) Gym: 6am a 10pm, apagar A/A y maquinas/luz al salir, deben dejar todo en orden, Menores de 15 años deben estar acompañados. No se permiten fiestas, volumen moderado, No Barbacoa ni Ropa en el balcon, no se puede fumar en el apartamento. NO CUMPLIR REGLAS DEMANDA MULTAS
CONFIMACION DE LA RESERVA El apartamento tiene 1 cuarto con cama queen y 2 sofás cama individuales en la sala (max. 4 personas). La cocina tiene estufa eléctrica, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, tostadora y utensilios. Contamos con abanicos y A/A en cuarto y sala. Tenemos un TV con Cable e Internet en el apartamento. Para confirmar su reserva deberan pagar el 50% del costo de la estadia por lo menos 7 dias antes de su llegada, el monto restante se debera depositar por lo menos 2 dias antes de su llegada. Con la verificación del deposito pediremos los nombres de los huespedes. Cuando lleguen al conjunto deben entregar identificaciones y confirmar el # de apartamento - solo dejaran entrar a las personas que están en la lista de invitados. Les pondrán un cintillo en la muñeca que los identifica como huéspedes. El pago es por ACH a un banco local, los datos de la cuenta se envian una vez haga la reserva. La logististica de la entrega de llaves y datos del apartamento se dan después de confirmar el pago. De no cumplir lo previsto nos imposibilita atenderlos y lamentablemente procedemos a cancelar su reserva.
PUEBLO DE MARIA CHIQUITA Bala Beach esta ubicado en el pueblo de Maria Chiquita, que esta a 15'20 mins de Portobelo, por lo tanto es ideal para hospedarse despues de pasar un dia en las islas paradisiacas del Caribe. El pueblo es pequeño y tranquilo, cuenta con abastos pequeños y una panaderia muy sencilla, ademas tiene una estacion de policia en la entrada. ANFITRIONA: Soy mujer profesional y trabajadora que disfruta recibiendo invitados. Nos esforzamos mucho para que su estadia sea de total confort. Cuando recibimos una reserva nos ponemos en contacto con usted personalmente y les brindamos muchos mas detalles de lo que ofrecemos y el proceso que debemos seguir. En caso de cualquier duda o comentario estoy disponible por WhatsApp (el numero lo enviamos cuando hacen la reserva). Les recordamos que nuestra Capacidad Máxima es para 4 personas incluyendo niños, esto nos asegura que van a estar comodos. La hora de entrada es a las 2pm y la salida a las 12 del medio día. Podriamos extender su estadia en el área de la playa hasta las 5pm sin costo, previa confirmación. ESTAMOS PARA SERVIR, ESPERAMOS VERLOS PRONTO!!!
