HELLO, I AM JERENNY BETHANCOURT AND I LOVE THE SEA, THE SOUND OF THE WAVES AND NATURE AND I WELCOME YOU TO MY COZY APARTMENT LOCATED IN FRONT OF EL PALMAR BEACH, 1 MINUTE ON FOOT AND YOU WILL BE ENJOYING THIS BEAUTIFUL BEACH! EXCELLENT APARTMENT, WITH ALL THE COMFORTS. THE BEACH CAN BE ENJOYED PEACEFULLY, IT IS CLEAN. THE SEA VIEW FROM THE APARTMENT IS EXCELLENT. I live in the Playa Sector and we have been selling beach apartments since 2008. We love the place and we are sure you will enjoy it.

PH El Palmar Residences is located in the community of San Carlos, which is a small community but with many activities to do. You can enjoy just a few steps from the condo surf lessons, water sports and local entertainment are available. El Palmar is located near Coronado, where you can also find a variety of restaurants with different types of cuisine from typical Panamanian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian cuisine and many more. You will also find different businesses such as banks, casinos, convenience stores, supermarkets, wine stores, veterinarians, car rentals, schools and hospitals. It is a quiet community, surrounded by beautiful beaches and nature. If you would like to visit the mountains, it is also very close to El Valle de Antón, where you can go hiking, trails, enjoy the rivers and waterfalls, canopy and many other recreational activities in a delicious climate. In front of the building there is a construction that was not finished by the developer and that is part of another building, it does not impede the view of the sea, nor the access to the beach for the tenants, there is no work at the moment it does not cause noise or inconvenience .

El Valle is located just 30 minutes away by car. If you want to explore Panama, this is a great great place to visit. El Valle hosts one of the largest craft markets in Panama.
