We booked 2 rooms for a one night stay on the way to Salalah. Staff were excellent. Our flight to salalah was delayed and they gave us complimentary late check out. The service is above and beyond at this hotel, i had to call Oman air and it would have been expensive from my mobile i spoke to reception to ask if i could make the call from my room and obviously i would pay. They said i couldn't do this however they will send someone with a mobile that i can make the call from.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.

We only had an evening in Seeb.
We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish.
Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

First of all i would like to thank and appreciated the reception employee who was very kind and warm welcoming and helped me with everything i ask
Secondly the hotel it self very very quiet it gives the atmospheric for relax and good sleeping
Finally this is my second time but i never seen any mess it was clean room with good housekeeping 24/7 there to help
Am glad to stay at the hotel and i wish to come again for sure it will be another time

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and neat. The housekeeping came and cleaned the room when needed. Easy reach to the reception. Location of the hotel is perfect for tourists as a mall is very close by. Anybody loves shopping and a relaxed stay can opt for the hotel.
Be inn is a new hotel in Muscat, close to the University. The room was clean and very large, with a confortable bath. The hotel welcome and staff have been super nice. I recommned it
