"The rural house consists of two bedrooms, both overlooking a balcony and with a private, fully equipped bathroom, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other bedroom has three beds. The house also includes a kitchen with all cooking essentials such as a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, water heater, tea and coffee-making facilities, and kitchenware. We can also provide Omani meals upon request."
"I am Ali Al-Khatri, a resident of Al-Khatim village. I have over 15 years of experience in managing tourism projects. I also own a camping site adjacent to the location, as well as an Omani cuisine restaurant, a cafe, and an animal farm, in addition to fruit and vegetable farms."
"Al-Khatim village is one of the most important tourist villages in Jebel Shams. It is the starting point for some of the world-famous hiking trails, such as the W6 trail, and it overlooks the Grand Canyon, where you can enjoy breathtaking views from three distinct areas at the mountain's peak. In the summer, the village enjoys a moderate climate despite Oman's hot weather, while in the winter, the weather is cold, with the occasional snowfall." "All the neighbors work in livestock farming, and you can herd sheep and goats with them every morning.
