If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform The Powderhorn Chateau in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the heated pool.
When booking one of our 3 bedroom chalets, please note that due to the layout of the property off street parking is very limited. The chalets are located at the end of a cul de sac where free street parking is available or you are welcome to park onsite at the hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away.
